These Redhill Townhouses are nestled neatly behind two large established pine trees. The block is sited across the road from the revitalised Redhill Shops Precinct and offered undeniable development potential with access to shops, cafes, and services in close proximity.

The site presented several challenges which were expertly navigated by both the construction and design teams. The build was staged to navigate challenges around site access which arose as the site is located on a main road with a bus stop on the verge and 2 large street trees. These factors led to the two northern most units being constructed first before the 4 street front units could be completed.

The result is 6 premium units built to rent in a prestigious precinct significantly improving the streetscape in the process. The solidity of the blockwork blade walls ensures a stately presence on the street whilst providing each unit with an individual address. With garaging tucked safely away centrally within the site, courtyards and landscape take precedence. This ensures a smooth transition from street to dwelling and as the landscaping matures this transition will develop further allowing the development with its neutral tones, to settle into its setting among the mature pines and stone retaining walls.
